How much is postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging within the UK is free when you spend £20 or more. We aim to despatch our products by first class post the same or next working day, however please allow up to 7 working days or select the express shipping option. On the product page click the relevant shipping price. The extra postage cost will be added to your order. We also deliver across the world. For international delivery select a postage option at the check out page, if you require express or urgent delivery send us an email or ring us. See the contact us page.

How long does delivery take?
Your order will normally be despatched same or next working day if you live in the UK, and if you place the order before 2pm, however please allow up to 7 working days or select the express shipping option. If you live in the rest of Europe or the US it could take up to two weeks.

Is your online payment safe?

Alternatively you can call our shop and we can take payment by all major credit/debit cards over the phone.

Where are your products produced?
Our products are produced across Africa. Most of our products are made in South Africa by producers from disadvantaged communities, many of the producers that trade through Exclusive Roots have received business support from Tabeisa the charity behind Exclusive Roots.
